Ingredients:
200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Spaghetti
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the teff spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.
Prepare the Garlic Oil:
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sliced garlic and sauté until it becomes golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Add the red pepper flakes and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Combine Pasta and Sauce:
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the garlic oil.
