Teff Rigatoni with Tomato Basil Sauce

Classic comfort made gluten-free, Teff Rigatoni in a rich tomato and basil sauce.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Rigatoni

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. Heat tomato sauce with olive oil and basil.

  3. Toss pasta with sauce, season, and serve warm.
