Teff Fusilli Primavera

A colorful mix of vegetables makes Teff Fusilli a healthy, delicious choice.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Fusilli

  • 1 cup mixed seasonal vegetables

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. Sauté vegetables and garlic in olive oil until tender.

  3. Toss pasta with vegetables, season, and serve immediately.
