Teff Elbows with Roasted Broccoli and Garlic

Simple and hearty, roasted broccoli and garlic pair perfectly with Teff Elbows.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Elbows

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Roast broccoli and garlic at 200°C for 15 minutes.

  2. Cook pasta and drain.

  3. Toss pasta with roasted broccoli and olive oil.

  4. Season and serve.
