Baked Teff Rigatoni with Spinach and Ricotta

A cozy gluten-free casserole with Teff Rigatoni, ricotta, and spinach.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Rigatoni

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. Mix pasta with ricotta, spinach, and marinara sauce.

  3. Transfer to a baking dish, top with Parmesan, and bake 15–20 minutes.

  4. Serve warm.
