A cozy gluten-free casserole with Teff Rigatoni, ricotta, and spinach.
Ingredients:
200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Rigatoni
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup fresh spinach
1 cup marinara sauce
¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook pasta and drain.
Mix pasta with ricotta, spinach, and marinara sauce.
Transfer to a baking dish, top with Parmesan, and bake 15–20 minutes.
Serve warm.
