FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE pasta is crafted in Italy using traditional artisanal methods that honor both heritage and health. Made with just two natural ingredients—nutrient-rich teff flour and rice flour—our pasta is bronze drawn for a rustic texture and slow dried to preserve its flavor and integrity.

Cooking Instruction

In a large pot, use 1 quart (1L) of water for 3.5oz (100g) pasta. Add one teaspoon of olive oil
Bring the water to boil
Add 11/2 teaspoon (10g) of salt for every 3.5oz (100g) of pasta
Add pasta and boil for 9-10 minutes stirring occasionally
Drain pasta in a colander
Serve with your favorite sauce
