Classic comfort made gluten-free, Teff Rigatoni in a rich tomato and basil sauce.
Ingredients:
200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Rigatoni
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta and drain.
Heat tomato sauce with olive oil and basil.
Toss pasta with sauce, season, and serve warm.
