Ingredients:
200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Fusilli
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook pasta and drain.
Sauté sun-dried tomatoes and olives in olive oil for 2 minutes.
Toss pasta with the mixture, season, and serve.
