Teff Fusilli with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Olives

Tangy sun-dried tomatoes and olives make Teff Fusilli a quick, flavorful meal.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Fusilli

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. Sauté sun-dried tomatoes and olives in olive oil for 2 minutes.

  3. Toss pasta with the mixture, season, and serve.
