Teff Elbows Mac & Cheese

Creamy, cheesy comfort made easy with our gluten-free Teff Elbows.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Elbows

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta and drain.

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter, add milk, and stir in cheese until smooth.

  3. Toss pasta with cheese sauce.

  4. Season and serve warm.
