Simple and hearty, roasted broccoli and garlic pair perfectly with Teff Elbows.
Ingredients:
200g FIFY’S GLUTEN-FREE Teff Elbows
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Roast broccoli and garlic at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Cook pasta and drain.
Toss pasta with roasted broccoli and olive oil.
Season and serve.
